Refund Policy

Shipping Costs & Non-Refundable Situations

🚫 Shipping costs are non-refundable for:

• Undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused packages, unless the issue was due to an error on our part.

• If the return is due to a change of mind and not a product defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
